Will not open
My husband loves this cologne so I purchased it for him for Christmas through target. Unfortunately, when he just tried to open it the top is sealed together and you cannot spray it. Since it says an issue cannot be fixed please advise how to get a working top sent to us.

Not lotion
So this product says it is a lotion, but that is extremely misleading. It is very liquid, like the cologne. If you want a lotion, order the balm. Sadly, I could not find my order information to return. You live. You learn. Will not buy again.
