If I could give a 0 star rating I honestly would. I am so disappointed in this company. The one time I ordered from target I received the wrong item when I took what I got delivered to my house to the store they looked at me and told me there was nothing that they can do and that I had to call the one 800 number for customer care. I called that number and they told me the same thing when I asked to escalate the situation, the lady told me that there was nothing that they could do either and I would have to wait for an email by far disappointed and probably will never again order from target that was a one time mistake and I will not allow to happen again their customer care and quality is such a disappointment right now especially during holiday season I paid $433 for an iPad and you guys gave me a box full of weights.

I purchased this iPad Air and it was delivered today. When I open the box, the iPad did not appear new. The box inside was already open. And the screen had visible fingerprints, making it look used rather than brand new. This was very disappointing, as I expected a new, sealed product. I am not happy with this purchase.
