Sadly after three uses the tip broke off and I found that, that was all of the product. There was nothing left to roll up. It was more of a sample than a travel size. Also, product was difficult to use as it was not a smooth application.

Breakage
Have been using these for years and stock up every few months. Last few orders a few of them have broken and come out of the pencil after using them just for a few days. There is no change in my way of using them so wondering why these have been so fragile compared to before. It's not a cheap pencil and losing two this way is annoying.

I specifically picked this brow pencil because I wanted the spoolie on the end for traveling. The product I received does not have a spoolie on the end so do not buy this product if you wanted this spoolie with it. Also, barely any product comes in this pencil, so it's not worth the money.

Great for people with sparce eyebrows
I have hypothyroidism and have almost no eyebrows left because of it. I have a lot of eyebrow pencils I like but I find that if I’m fresh out of the shower, most other brands smudge and clump. This brand does not. I use to not shower in the morning because of this. If your eyebrows look bad, it’s just a bad face day! This would be my recommendation for people with little to no eyebrows. I like that there are many colors too.

Good pencil, horrible tube
Love the product, hate the packaging. Eyebrow pencil is solid, but the plastic around it just starts disintegrating. After a week of use or so, the caps don’t even stay on and I’ve bought this pencil multiple times. Tiny pieces just start falling off. You’d think the more you pay for a good quality pencil, the container would be of higher quality. Very annoying!

I love this product! This is my second repurchase of this item. I used to only buy the pomade, but decided to try out the pencil. The only problem with the item is that, THE SPOOLIE ALWAYS BREAKS OFF ): this is a little dissapointing considering im also paying for that.

I would buy this product again
Previous poor reviews shows buyers didn't like this as the tip breaks off easily. It did at first but then I learned how to use it. Don't press hard when applying and don't pull the tip out too far.
