Amika Plus Size Perfect Body Mousse, Volumizing and Texturizing Hair Mousse, 8.5 oz

It distributes easily through damp hair, and the signature amika smell is amazing - clean, a little sweet, and not overpowering. I blow-dried with a round brush, and my hair turned out soft, full, and touchable, not crunchy or stiff like with other volumizing mousses. I will definitely be purchasing more amika products!

It has a lovely fragrance and doesn’t give that sticky feeling like some others. I love the fact it leaves my fine hair looking more fuller with a fairly long lasting hold. Also the heat protection is an added bonus when blow drying or straightening my hair. As always the packaging is great as to be expected with the Amika brand and would stand out on any shelf. Would certainly purchase again

Feels nice and light on your hands. Easy to spread through you hair, leaves a slight texture but nothing too heavy or unpleasant. Love that it also doubles as heat protect. Definitely noticed more volume, much better for when your want curls rather than straight hair.

It is lightweight and doesn't dry my hair out. Just apply to wet hair and then dry as normal and it really works. A nice big bottle and its pretty too.

It has a lovely smell which I can still smell even after a few hours after blow drying. I like that you also don’t get that sticky feeling on your hands after use which is a bonus in my eyes! My hair was left soft frizz free and had the right amount of volume which is nice for me! Would definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really did want to love Amika Perfect Body Mousse. The scent is lovely, and it feels nice and light when first applied. Unfortunately, once I started styling, it just didn’t work for me. My hair became difficult to style, and the end result left it feeling thick and sticky rather than soft or bouncy. Sadly, I wouldn’t purchase it again.

So I was full of hope when I started using this mousse and I wasn’t wrong! It definitely makes my hair look better, not only fuller but with a bit of hold too, which really helps to keep my style in place. An extra bonus is the smell, it’s really lovely and makes using the product even more pleasant. My teenage daughter also gave it a try. Her hair is completely different from mine (thick, curly, and prone to frizz) but surprisingly, it works for her too! It makes her curls more defined and helps reduce frizz, even though that’s not the mousse’s main purpose. We both can highly recommend it. It’s a great all round product that adds volume, smells amazing, and works on different hair types.

The mousse has a nice fresh scent and is not too sticky and soaks into your hair well without leaving it too crispy, it’s a high quality mousse and doesn’t dry out your hair and leaves it silky and shiny , it’s a little on the expensive side but worth it if you want a good mousse that gives lots of volume. The can looks very decorative and the contents are 250ml, it is long lasting which is good considering the price. I highly recommend this mousse if you are looking for a quality hair mousse that helps to make your hair look thicker and more voluminous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly the packaging is purple which I loved, however on further inspection it’s very new agey with lots of eyes, triangles, skulls and stuff , so that part I really don’t like. Going onto the actual product though, it smells nice, nit too chemically like some of the cheaper brands, it feels very light weight and a little goes a long way. I personally use it to support my plaits as I never have enough time to actually diffuse my hair anymore, so I can’t get a good judgment of how that would look, however based upping my plaits in the morning I would say it offers strong yet light weight support for bouncy curls, giving it a good volume boost without it being obviously full of product. I like you don’t have to “Scrunch the crunch” like you do with some mousse as it doesn’t give a thickly product my cast. My hair feels light weight and effortless today and full of life
