Q: What is the infrared NIR on this sauna? is it ok for outdoor use?

Misleading video

The video is not the same sauna I was sent. The manual says Grand Tunnel not Amerlife. It does not seem to have any light features like red light that was mentioned only seems to have LED light? I tried calling for help but Target can only offer return but I would like clarification if I was sent the right sauna?
