The only thing I like about the spot is the loudness. Works great when used as an alarm. The operating system is annoyingly slow. I will click and it takes the system 10 plus seconds to respondduv.

To resolve this issue, check that your Echo Spot has a strong internet connection and restart it by unplugging it from power, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging it back in. Verify that your music service is properly linked in the Alexa app by going to Settings, then Music & Podcasts, and confirm your preferred service is connected and set as default. Try specific commands like "Alexa, play music from [service name]" and check the volume level by saying "Alexa, set volume to 5." If the speaker still isn't producing sound, reset your device to factory settings by pressing and holding the Action button for 25 seconds until the light ring turns orange, then blue.
