They are not super thick, i like to wear them at the end of my cycle. You can’t see them through the pants, but sometimes it doesn’t trap smell well.

The plastic/adhesive layer is permeable. I started to spot at the beginning of my period and the discharge went straight through the liner and into my underwear.
