Very useful

These ice packs are quite versatile and useful. I’ve used them to cool off electronics as well as my neck and head when I get migraines. The velvet back keeps the i te with down and I keep them in the freezer to last longer. Would recommend.

It has been working great for my back pains. I use it both hot and or cold depending on how I feel. I occasionally get lower and upper back pains the hot works best for my lower pains and hot for upper back.
