Not a good cast iron product and even worse returns process
Not a good cast iron product I have never had a seasoned cast iron product perform so poorly. Boss enough that I returned it 3 days after buying. The only thing worse that this product is the returns process. They keep 30% even on a product that fails to perform. We own a kitchen full of all-clad items. After they way they handled this return I will not recommend their product.

Nonstick coating concern
The plus: large size, heavy , does not warp, beautiful enameled exterior. The problem: nonstick coating on cooking surface failed immediately, everything sticks badly, very hard to clean that soft sponge and soap can’t do it, and getting rust stains even after wiping dry that shows the coating is failing.

Not compatible with GE induction cooktop
This pan DOES NOT WORK ON A GE INDUCTION COOKTOP. Well made otherwise and likely would be good on a gas stovetop or heating element.

All in one pan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by this product especially since it so heavy which makes it quite durable. I will say that it got dirty and you have to put elbow to get it cleaned. I have chosen to use aluminum foil to avoid less cleanup time. It also cooks the food rather quickly since the pan is so long and wide. I will enjoy using this cast iron into the colder months to make one pan meals

Fit not the best
More an 19 inches is needed to accommodate the handle projections in order fir the griddle to fit properly on the cooktop . Otherwise it is dood.

We love this
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this! We’ve used it for pancakes a few times so far and they turn out great every time. The heat distribution is what we expected, with the areas directly over the burners being a bit hotter than the middle, which was fine for us. It’s heavy, but it’s cast iron so we expected that too. Overall, it’s been great!

Durable & versatile, but there’s a learning curve
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tested this griddle out by cooking up some breakfast. My photos aren’t aesthetic, but hopefully this is practical. Pros: -This griddle seems very durable and I believe the enamel coating will last a long time. -It cleaned up easily, even with spots where cooked egg was stuck on. -This will be a versatile piece in our kitchen arsenal. Its large size lends enough room for anything I can think of. Can’t wait to try stir frying veggies on it! Cons: -The griddle did not heat evenly on our GE Profile induction cooktop. Even with preheating for some time (close to 10 minutes), you can see an uncooked bit of fried egg in the bottom left of my photo. I’m hopeful that with some experimentation (a longer preheat?) we’ll be able to figure this out, so I’m just removing one star. -While the large size is mostly a pro, the tall handles make storing this piece somewhat difficult. I would prefer smaller handles, but might just be a personal preference.

Very Versatile!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size of this thing! It’s really solid, sturdy, easy to clean and versatile! I can make burgers, to steak, to tacos, to Korean BBQ on this! The heat distribution is pretty good considering I’m using it on two burners on my stove top. This is top quality if you are looking for something large and sturdy.

Works on induction stoves
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great planchata, that works on an induction stove. As with all cast iron you need to add oil to avoid sticking. It provided a great large surface and had even heating (as determined by cooking mini pancakes all over the surface). Easy to clean and stores woth baking sheets. Note it does have some weight to it, which is noticeable when cleaning it.

Over sized
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros it’s sturdy cleans and cleans well. I don’t feel it’s very versatile. It’s really to big to easily fit on the stove and cooking more than one thing on it, the food runs together unless your making a lot of the same thing. Not something convenient to have in your kitchen to store with its size and how night the handles go up.

Durable and sizeable
