About the Author
Wil Mara is the author of more than 300 books, both fiction and nonfiction, for children as well as adults. His work has received excellent reviews in Publishers Weekly, School Library Journal, and Booklist. He was also an editor, production manager, and executive for numerous publishers, including McGraw-Hill, Harcourt Brace, and Scholastic. Sally Walker has a background in motion graphics and design, and she earned her MA in Children's Book Illustration at Cambridge School of Art. This ignited a love of printmaking and textures, which inspires her illustrations. Sally enjoys the experimental process and likes to blend print textures and digital layers in her artwork. She lives in England.
