Used the product for years, but the 12 pack i just bought has different product. Packaging looks the same on the overpack (shows gray bar), but inside the bar is fleshly pink in color and has a very strong scent (had to let it sit to air out as right out of the box was very strong).

Disgusting odor! After using this same soap for years, they changed the formula and leaves skin irritated and smells like I just bathed in chemicals. Will never purchase from Dove again!

Not the origina deep cleanl scent
So i havent used deep clean bar soap in lije 2 years, now that i have it again. It smells a lot lije the extra fresh soap and not the original sandalwoody type smell. Why did it change? Why not just enhance the original scent? Not sure im a fan of it and i been using it for almost 15 years, what gives?

The previous, original formula was perfect. The "New Look" is actually a "New Formula" and smells awful and has less of the exfoliating grains. Unilever made a horrible mistake. Plus it foams too much now and leaves my skin kind of greasy and the bar dissolves away much faster, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to try this soap along side my brothers, and while we all agreed that we love the scent and the exfoliation aspect of this soap. It can be quite harsh for those with sensitive skin, and I certainly would not recommend anyone to use this soap on their face especially. It definitely gets the job done but I just wouldn't recommend it for everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, so I tried to soap out at the request of my wife. I do like a couple of things about it. The scent is OK not particularly strong. Well I do like is how it works. When you lather it up there's a creaminess to it It also has these little abrasive beads in it. They feel a little harsh on your fingers, but you don't really notice it while you're scrubbing it on your body. I do love the way lathers up. It does be my skin feeling nice and soft.

I like to just use it on my body as I don't like applying soap to my face as my face can be sensitive, and I love how it leaves my skin feeling clean but not dried out.
