Q: If someone CAN'T ingest products like ibuprofen is it okay to apply advil ( a byproduct of ibuprofen, I believe) in a topical cream form?

Convenient design

I really like the cap design with the built in applicator it makes it easy and convenient to apply directly to the skin. However, the scent is a bit strong and not very pleasant. Overall, it works well for mild pain.

The easy to use applicator kept it less messy than others. Being easy to use and able to use it as needed it really helped everything go back to normal. The only thing is, it does smell like black licorice with a hint of evergreen tobacco.

My favorite topical pain relief product yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. I noticed a wintergreen menthol scent a few minutes after applying this. I used it before bed on my neck and back when they were aching. It feels like a gel at first but rubs in smoothly like a lightweight serum or cream, leaving no residue on the skin. The sensation is slightly both cooling and warming at the same time, which is hard to describe but very soothing. I really appreciate that it is completely non greasy, which is where many other pain relief topicals fall short for me. There were no ill side effects to report. After Christmas, my mother fell down an entire flight of stairs in my home, about ten steps, and landed hard on the floor below. Thankfully she escaped with severe bruising and soreness, but it was still very painful. We used ice packs, oral Advil, and this Advil Targeted Relief cream, which I helped apply to the sore areas. She has continued using it for the past three days and says it genuinely helps relieve her pain. Seeing how much comfort it brought her made me appreciate this product even more. I will be purchasing more, for sure.

Worked great but don’t use heat!

I guess my legs were bent and I woke up with a burning sensation. I’m guessing it was because it made it heat up. So just just use caution when using with bent joints.
