These advil pms have become a go to for a long day that needs a good nights rest it helps with muscle aches too after a lot of physical labor. The dosage is also appropriate and I feel like instead of taking a cocktail of things this is wayyyy better.

I was looking to help my symptoms, which it did, but it made me feel worse. The size of the pill was great and smaller than what I normally take. The ingredients was not terrible but I do question the side affects

No hangover or groggy feeling!
Advil PM truly does what it promises. It kicked in quickly, relieved my pain, and helped me fall asleep without tossing and turning. The best part? I woke up feeling refreshed — no hangover, no groggy or foggy feeling at all. I love that it gives effective nighttime relief while still allowing me to wake up clear-headed and ready for the day. This has become my go-to on nights when pain would normally keep me up. Highly recommend for anyone who wants real relief and restful sleep without that heavy next-morning feeling.

Sledding sore/stiff
