Broken twice in transit.
As noted by previous posters, both monitors I have ordered have arrived DOA. It's unfortunate that the same problem continues to occur in March 2025. I will be returning to Target. The packaging is very poor with a lot of leeway for the monitor to shift, so it is likely that the LCDs were shattered in transit. Other brands include a molded foam shell that keeps each part firmly in place and provides padding and double boxing. ACER or their partner uses single boxes with all items loosely packaged. There is no documentation included. The stand protrusion on the base had broken through the interior cardboard divider on both model that I received. Calling the help line, I was informed that based on the SN, the product was no longer in warranty. I wonder if the two-year warranty on refurbished products will actually be usable. I would like ACER or their refurbishing partner to take more care. I have reached out to their technical support line to no avail. I feel reticent about ordering the same item a third time, but I may test my luck. It is impossible to judge the quality of the product because it does not work.

Had exact same issue as other reviewer. Damaged upon arrival.
Had the exact same issue as the other Reviewer. Damaged upon arrival. Definitely a QC issue when sending out these refurbished monitors. I purchased mine from eBay by the way, so you may get a damaged one from whichever site you purchase from.

Arrived damaged/broken twice
The first time I ordered it arrived with the stand scraping against the back of the monitor. The stand broke through the very thin cardboard seperating the pointy end of the stand and the monitor and absolutely gouged the back of the monitor. Sealed it up and returned it, hoping for one in a better condition. Second time ordering it, opened it up and noticed it nearly did the same thing but didnt completely break through the cardboard barrier between the stand and monitor. Set it up and turn it on and the monitor lcd is completely broken. Returning this one as well. I know it’s a refurbished item but I still expect a quality and working product. I don’t think they are shipping out in this condition but the packaging is so poor for this item they are most likely breaking in transit. They should really opt for something more durable than thin cardboard and bubble wrap on the edges of the screen.
