Quality Issue

As a refurbished machine, I was already mentally prepared. I didn't expect that when I first got it, the rear shell was already coming apart, exposing the chip. Now the biggest problem is that as soon as I touch the HDMI cable, the monitor goes black, rebooting doesn't help, I can only pat the machine and wait for a miracle to happen.
