I do not recomend

It was not refurbished conditions. It was just used- damaged parts monitor and I was very surprised Target and Acer think it's ok to sell as this condition. I never seen refurnished good with completely used parts. The manufacturer normally replaces with new parts to meet the sellable quality and I never want to purchase Acer

Hello Minako, We are sorry you are unhappy with your Acer recertified monitor. Recertified products can be demo units, review units or customer returns. Unfortunately there is no way to determine why a particular model was recertified. With that said, these should be purchased with the expectation of some possible cosmetic issues, but the product should be in working condition. These products have a 90-day warranty against hardware defects. If you are within your warranty period please contact PlanetROI who provides warranty service and support for the recertified products.
