got worried after seeing the review, in reality, the monitor arrived in one piece but the box was already in poor condition when apprived. Acer could use better vendor for packaging their refurbished product. The monitor function really well, only minus one star for the packaging.

Refurbished = damaged
I recently purchased a refurbished monitor, and unfortunately, it arrived with a noticable crack on the front. The packaging seemed minimal , which likely caused the screen to shift around during transit.

Don't Buy
I thought I would take a risk and buy it after reading the reviews but they were right. The monitor itself did not come broken but it had a lot of dead pixels and the colors looked washed. On top of that, there was a lot of flickering that did not happen with my previous monitor.

Broken, read other reviews and don't buy this
This monitor arrived with damage to the box, and a shattered screen on monitor. We read the reviews prior to purchasing and saw many complaints of monitor arriving damaged, but we decided to give benefit of the doubt and thought that it’s unlikely to happen every time, but it did. On top of that, we sent the monitor back and have been waiting over a week for them to process the return, status on target app says “waiting on return”, even though I have received confirmation of delivery of item returned from ups. Don’t buy this and waste your time.

Do something about this PLEASE
I would give 0 stars but I can’t. Received it and the box was a little beat up. Opened it and it was only packaged with bubble wrap on the sides and that’s it. No power cord. No hdmi or dpi cords and just the mount. I purchased this same monitor from another company and it’s perfect but wanted another one and well I guess I won’t get one since this one is destroyed. Outer screen is cracked about 2”x 2” in the corner and the LCD on the whole left side and destroyed. If target will send me a new one then I’ll just accept the fact that it could have been shipped better and I’ll delete my review if not this will stay.

Just like other reviews said, came in in very poor packaging and arrived broken. It was for my boyfriends birthday and he was so upset. We had to return it immediately.

disappointed & returned upon receiving
I just received my package, and unfortunately, it arrived in a damaged, unbranded box (please see the images). I'm uncertain if this is genuinely from Acer. Upon opening, I found some parts inside, but there was no manual or documentation included. I'm quite disappointed with the condition of the delivery and have decided to return the monitor without even testing it.

Terrible quality Control
Monitor came in an unbranded box with little protection to help against the shipping process. There is absolutely no quality control on these. They should not be selling these at all.

Arrived with a broken screen
This monitor seemed like a great deal, but it’s not really a great deal when it arrives with a completely bugged out screen. Yes, it could’ve been damaged during shipping, but since it is a refurbished monitor I would guess that they didn’t actually check to make sure the screen was working right before they sent it out.
