Do not purchase
This would be a great product if it worked. After about 2 weeks both of the monitors I bought stopped powering up. I sent one back to Target where they misplaced my return and over a month later I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. I sent the other one back to Acer where they took longer than the promised turnaround time then sent me back my original unrepaired display! The delay caused me to miss the Target return window. The product is awful, the return/repair process has been awful and now I am the owner of a display that can’t be used, repaired, replaced or refunded. The only bright spot is the customer service reps—they have been wonderful all 8 times I have called to get an update on my case.

Stopped working and support isnt helping
It stopped working after less than two weeks! Customer service isn’t helping. I’m trying to get another one in case the refurbished one I had was defective. I am willing to try another since I loved it until it stopped.
