What I don’t like about this chair is that, since it’s electric, the leg rest and head of the chair rise and lean back at the same time. This makes it impossible to have your feet up without lying all the way back.

The order arrived in two separate shipments and I was not notified. The first box arrived early without warning and the package was crushed at two corners appearing as though it was dropped. There was very little protective padding inside and the two pieces of firm cardboard that were zip tied to the frame were broken. Probably as a result of the box being dropped. The bottom back corner of the frame that's covered in the faux leather is obviously scratched/scuffed. Also, probably from being dropped at some point. The second package arrived on the delivery date but not placed either at the front door or garage. Which are both protected by overhangs. The delivery person left it exposed in the pouring rain. We did not get a delivery notification until hours later and the box was completely soaked. Thankfully the chair was wrapped loosely in plastic. Unfortunately, while not damaged, the chair does not match the photo of what was ordered! The brown faux leather has a different style arm then the chair I received. I have not put the chair together as it is not what I ordered. Overall I am very unhappy with this experience.
