Different than picture

The rug is great quality. The colors weren’t what I was expecting. Mine doesn’t shed like the other reviews had mentioned. It’s just much darker, almost chocolate in some areas. I wanted a more bland/neutral rug, but keeping anyway. I ordered the 10 ft runner…. Length is fine!

AWFUL DO NOT BUY

This rug, while beautiful looking, is awful. It sheds way too much! We've had it for over a month now and it's still shedding as much as it did the first day we got it. We vacuum this thing constantly since it's in my 1 year old's bedroom, completely not safe for him. I tried reaching out to customer service and they told me there's nothing they can do besides offering me a discount towards another rug. We have the 8x10 version and now I need to somehow bring this massive rug back to the store. They refused to let me schedule a pick up return. Terrible product, even worse customer service.

Incorrect Measurements

I really needed an 8' x10' rug for my space based on furniture placement and room size. While this is described as a true 8 x 10, beware it only measures 92" x 120", and, no matter how I adjust it, everything looks off and unbalanced. Big disappointment.
