70" Bethel Acacia Wood Hall Tree Natural - Alaterre Furniture: Mudroom Organizer with 7 Hooks

I am a skilled woodworker and normally would make the piece myself. However, I moved and did not have my shop set back up. We needed something quick and this looked beautiful. This piece has potential. However, it arrived with one piece that was unusable due to none of the holes lining up. After talking with four different people over several days, the company shipped out the replacement part at no cost. Two of the five holes lined up on the replacement part. The others were 1/4” to 1/2” off. 25% of the total screw holes for the entire thing were off by more than 1/4”. I ended up having to use 10 wood screws to make this piece usable. It does not sit flat. It took over 3 hrs to put together over several weeks while waiting on parts. The quality control for this is substandard.

Item appears to be beautiful but one key part is cracked and doesn’t fit into the lip of the rest of the piece. In addition other parts that should have the old drilled still have wood in them and on design never finished. Finally parts E are too long for A, B C For how expensive this was I’m shocked how badly of a state the pieces arrived in
