Confusing assembly directions

There are different lengths for the posts so make sure you set aside the shorter ones for the last tier. Also the instructions reference four small plastic anchors to be used with the shade (step 5) however only three are provided (and only are three shown on the parts list). The parts list also depicts the screws disproportionally. The two M5*10 screws are very much shorter than they look in the parts list. Assembly was not difficult but having more accurate instructions and depictions would be a help. Once assembled, the lamp looks as expected.
