A: Agreed...I bought 6 boxes of warm white twinkling lights and only every 3rd or 4th light twinkles, the rest are steady and this happens on all 6 purchased sets. This is tremendously misleading!

Misleading description
The description on the front of the box (Item B5) is misleading as it says the lights are twinkling. Only if you read the back of the box before you purchase it do you find that only 10 are twinkling and 50 are steady bulbs. (Same with another of their lights, Item A6) Returning these tomorrow.
