We have bought multiple non stick pans that have invariably fused eggs to the pan surface. This is a great pan, use light coating of oil or butter. Finally our egss slide off the pan.

Learning Curve
There is a learning curve on regulating the heat on my gas stove with this pan. food cooks slower than I'm use to because of the recommended temperature.

It is a bit heavier liken to a quality cast iron skillet
It may be weird to love a pan the color is perfect, the weight suggests quality. It's not heavy like a cast iron skillet, but imparts the same comfort of knowing you have a high quality, long lasting pan.

BEST PAN EVERRRRRRR
This was seriously the best purchase I ever did. none of my stuff sticks to the pan. I do not use any sprays I only use butter.
