Horrible

Don’t waste your time with this. The instruction manual was printed incorrectly (said it required 12 of a certain screw and it only needed 6) and it took an entire week of back to back communication before they came to that conclusion. Even asked me to go to a hardware store and get the missing screws! I wasted an entire week of my life because their customer service team is not knowledgeable about their products. And if you’re wondering how they remedied it, they wanted to offer me $15 compensation for my troubles - I spent an hour at various hardware stores, ordered multiple similar screw options online, and had the shelf and pieces clutter my house for an entire week. But hey at least they offered me the price of a Big Mac meal to fix it! Worst customer service - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME :-)
