Nice desk - Does scratch easily
Nice desk, the glass did scratch day one which I didn’t think about when ordering. My monitor is a bit too close, trying to find and extension that would work like the one below but that one would fit the desk to mount. https://a***/d/0QdOIxP

Love this desk!
I purchased the air-lift glass top sit stand desk in graphite. The set up was easy but did need a second person to flip. The size is perfect and holds 2 monitors and a laptop in the back and still enough room for a keyboard and mouse with room to write/work in the front. Very sturdy and glides up and down smoothly and easy to set height adjustments. The drawer is convenient but isn’t very deep but good for small supplies or small notebook.

Nice Looking Desk With A Horrible Controller
This desk moves when it wants to and doesn't seem to keep my settings. I have reset it multiple times and it will kind of work for a day or two before it goes back to doing what it wants. If I want it to stay put I have to leave it unplugged which obviously disables the USB and forces me to plug it back in when I want to stand. The controller is likely the cause of this and I hope that Seville will have the foresight to create a better controller and offer a replacement since it is obvious they missed the mark on this controller.

Uneven Legs too Often
I like the desk but I don’t use the standing option because I fear for my computers life when this desk gets an error message. The legs go up unevenly, and it sometimes takes multiple tries to get the legs even after resetting and switching the motor cables. Great desk… poor motors.

Doesn’t Work
Save your money and don’t buy this expensive desk. After assembling it the right leg does not move so you can’t use or adjust the desk. Now we have the hassle of returning it and repackage everything!

Crap desk; flashes error messages and now I cannot use the desk at all. Owned for 6 months, only use it two times a week. Not worth the money. Plus, no one answers the phone to help you. DO NOT BUY!

Sometimes the desk just needs to be reset , please follow the steps below if that does not solve your issue please send us an email to Support@sevilleclassics.com Press and Hold just the down arrow button. Wait for the desk to beep, it'll sound off within 30 seconds, you should be able to adjust the desk normally.

Just don’t buy
I was so excited for this desk. I’ve had it over a year now and it’s been unplugged 95% of the time. It will lower and raise its self on its own. I came on one day to it smashing my computer chair. I’ve had a replacement part sent to me and that didn’t work. Now it’s giving me and error code of ASE or A5E and it’s lowering on its own but won’t raise. It’s also sparking. Not very happy for the money I wasted on this desk.

More sensitive than a moody teenager
Great when it works properly. Do not allow the power cord to even brush up against another devices power cord. The desk will freak out and start moving up and down like it is being attacked. The "object detected" or "sensitivity" setting needs to be dialed back. A simple sneeze might cause this thing to mount a counter attack. Very frustrating.

Garbage
This desk quit working. The height adjuster just gives many error messages. Only has 2 months and never adjusted height yet. Cannot find manuals for this either. Many others also say the USB ports die right away.

I love the look of this desk but most of the time I have to just unplug it because it has a mind of it's own and sporadically will move up or down to what is in memory which I never set. Then it will move up and down by a few centimeters which is very distracting while i'm on calls. I do not recommend.

Overall, the desk is nice. I've had it since Nov 2019 and it still works well. The memory system can be a bit difficult at times. I've also had one of the front USB ports fail. The glass scratched a bit too easily for me also. Other than that, it still works great and I switch between standing and sitting multiple times a day.

Memory doesn't work. Otherwise nice.
I bought this yesterday. It has a nice solid feel, and operates quietly and smoothly, but the buttons to save position won't work. The instructions simply say "Press M button until "S-" appears on the display. Then press a memory button to save height." When I press M, "S-1" appears instead of just S- and pressing any of the memory buttons makes no change to the display. If I move the desk away from the height, and then press the memory button for it to go to the stored height, the display just shows "--." and doesn't do anything. I'm hoping they just wrote the instructions wrong and there's some way to get this to work, because I really don't want to disassemble this whole thing, have to box it back up, and then schlep it back to the store. I still gave it two stars because it looks like nice quality for the price otherwise, but an item should really work on the first day. I'll update review if I get some satisfaction from Seville customer service so I don't have to take it back to the store.
