Bought it and it died, no response from company

We bought the drift car as a Christmas present. Actually we bought two. However one stopped working 2 days after Christmas. We have tried contacting the company for the past month with no response. Highly disappointed

Worst Product & Company in Existence

My son's big Christmas gift and the one he asked Santa for numerous times was this cart. It worked 4 total times before it suddenly stopped working. You cannot speak to anyone at this company that can do anything at all. They just take notes. They would not exchange the product, despite the policy clearly stating they would. They would only offer me a $20 refund on the product(less than 10% of the product price) and would send me numerous parts I would somehow have to manage to fix. One of the parts is not even available. It's now been weeks since my son was able to use his special Santa gift. Biggest letdown we have ever faced with any company ever.

Don't purchase! Wired wrong and only goes backwards.

Keep it simple. Find another product. This one isn't worth your money. Big disappointment.
