...I can't get water out of it fast enough. The spout is silicone and has a small opening. There's no way to modify the spout so water comes out faster. If you sip water, you will love this. If you need big drinks of water after exercising, you won't like this.

Watch out!
I don't know what it is about the design of this, but it often shoots water up when I open the lid. I think maybe the lid creates a vacuum seal with the mouth piece. Anyway it sprayed all over me on an airplane. Don't recommend.
