Q: Does this water bottle include a straw.
A: Mine didn't come with a straw and the product photos don't show one either. I'm wondering if the description is for their 64oz bottle.

Q: Is the small cap where you drink from a pop top or screw cap?
A: the lid is a screw top, not a snap click top like the other poster said. the screw seals it so it is leak proof.

Q: If you have to get a replacement lid seal stopper what size are these?
A: You can't is the short answer. I just spent 10 minutes on chat, giving order numbers to 2 different bottle orders, just to be told they can't help me to just return it.

Q: It’s the plastic BPA free?
A: Stating that this bottle is "generally" BPA free is not very clear and doesn't indicate what materials/toxins the user would be exposed to when drinking from this bottle. Especially with hot beverages

Q: How do you clean the cap? I had one that I had to get rid of because of this issue. Other than that this is a wonderful bottle and actually kept drinks colder for longer than an Iron Flask bottle.

submitted byPavan - 1 year agoTarget staff supportA: You need to get that silicone ring seal in the top out, regularly. It comes out, but I have always needed the help of a tool, like tweezers! Hydrogen peroxide soak for the ring should help clean it up. I bought bottle brushes here. A set of two gray ones. One is silicone nubby, and one is like a pipe cleaner for straws etc.

Q: Can this be used for hot beverages?
A: They say cold beverages. I heated up a beverage to 147 degrees and 8 hours later it was like warm at 92 degrees. It was indoors so the temperature wouldn't last as long outside in cold weather.

Q: Is this bottle cap is BPA free? what grade is stainless steel? Please answer this questions. It is impotant, otherwise I have to return two Bottles which I purchased today.
