A: It does look like it limits you to 2 per account (no idea if they count it by account or address)

Ordered 2 on the drop, Target only sent me 1. I called Target to notify them as soon as I received my package. They wouldn’t send a replacement nor refund me money.l because it is their “Policy”… The worst is the box it was shopped in could only fit 1 Surprise Box… won’t ever order Pokemon cards again online from Target. They scammed me.
