Never received shipment
Was so excited I finally was able to get a hold of prismatic at retail. As of writing this, today's date is May 20th. My package was supposed to get here on May 16th. I have had a notification since the 16th that my package has been delayed, and there has been no update or resolution, and i cant even get my money back. It says it's stuck in the city UPS facility but nothing past that. Really disappointed in target's poor customer service and lack of initiative when it comes to preventing these issues. They don't care about their customers and this experience truly shows it
