Make your outdoor decorating a snap with these Philips Heavy Duty 200CT Net Lights in clear color with green wire. Perfect for easy decorating of bushes, trees, fences and more with quick set up. Made with remains lit technology, if one bulb burns out or breaks, the rest of light string remains lit. Net lights are 4' x 8' and a total of 7 sets can be connected end to end for a total of 1,400 bulbs, twice as many as regular light strings. Bulbs are twist resistant and have lamp lock for added security. Corner loops allow for easy installation.

I bought six sets of these. Five were perfect. The sixth arrived obviously used. The netting was disconnected in multiple places and bulbs had been replaced with flashers. No spare bulbs were provided. Since it was the day before my Christmas gathering I opted to use them anyway but very disappointed with Target.

Lights are just fine they get a 5, but they arrived a day late due to the shipper, Ontrac. They claimed they needed a access code to deliver a package to my single family home in a rural area, which was a bald faced lie. I tried their online chat to make sure the driver knew there was no access code required for delivery, but it was absolutely useles. If you google Ontrac delivery service you will find other customers who report delays, damage, false delivery notifications and difficulty with customer service. Not sure why a retailer like Target would choose to do business with this company, they reflect badly on Target.
