Over heating on first use
Started over heating the first time he used it. He got another fan for cool it down more. I’ve read a lot of reviews that said they had the same issue. For the price I don’t know why they distribute this item. You know they would have had to know of the issue during their testing.

Not refundable, even if you had to return the game the next day because it didn't work
Had to return the game because it did not work, and they couldn't give me a new game or refund my money for the insurance. Even though I had to return the game, it was pretty much through 59 dollars in trash
