very mid tier couch

you cannot build this couch by yourself, so be prepared to contact your father figure. also, had no idea I would have to build it in the first place. the instructions are fine BUT the items had incorrect stickers on them and the hardware package came busted so all the pieces were mixed up. the couch overall is.. ok. I hate the support pillows. they're extremely flimsy and not fluffy at all. I need to find a way to stuff them up more.

DO NOT BUY!!

Do not buy this couch!! It comes in three very large boxes vacummed sealed. After taking two hours to build it, it turned out to be a terrible couch!! Rock hard with no support. I contacted target they said they could pick it up as is within 7-10 days for a refund. When I asked them to schedule the pick up they told me it could not be done. (Conversation saved I have proof). I’m thinking they thought I would say no to the pick up if I needed to wait that long but when I said yes since I have no other option they would not pick it up or refund it. DO NOT BUY IT! COUCH IS WORTH $50!! AND CUSTOMER SERVICE LIED!!!

Regarding the firmness of the cushions, since they are foam-filled and vacuum-sealed for shipping, they may feel uncomfortable at first due to the compression.
