Ordered this adjustable dumbbell weight for my home weight training. Only one set of dumbbell space is needed, but multiple sets of dumbbell training can be carried out. This saves space. They are very easy to adjust the weight. The handle has good grip and good quality. Value for money.

Good value for money
I recently received my dumbbells and have been using them for exercise. I absolutely love them! I am a person with a rare disease, trying to rejuvenate myself. No one has more problems than me. The quality is good
Ordered 2 dumbbells for a full workout. The weight is good and it is very easy to use. Although the maximum weight of each dumbbell is 30 pounds, the quality is good compared to more expensive brands. Would recommend it to my friends.
