Sizing off

I bought the lumbar pillow (12x20) and it is not that big, I measured it and it’s 10x18 (and that’s measuring at the tips of the corners). So it’s not as big as it states but the size is fine for my needs. It’s very soft and the pattern is nice (subtle ombre fur). It has a removable cover which is really nice and the pillow insert is very full. The material is a little thin and the zipper is kind-of hard to open and close so I hope it lasts. Overall it’s decent for the price.

Size warning

I had a very similar pillow that I bought a year ago from target same size 20x20 oversized But when I received this one it is significantly smaller. Especially when k compare it with the older one that is 20x20 Company needs to quality check
