Missing Parts

We received this with missing parts. Online the only option is to return the trampoline via shipping. We have the whole thing sprawled out trying to assemble it, so obviously packing it back up for return is far from ideal. The manual says to contact the customer service number listed on the cover page and there is not one listed.
