POOR PACKAGING
They sent this water bottle in a box big enough to fit 2 basketballs and didn't wrap it in anything. Bottle just flopping around in the box unprotected. Ridiculous. Thankfully it's not damaged. Do better.

Corporate Customer Service is Lacking! Read if you were teying to pick up 12/19 or use a gift card of theirs!!!!
The bottle is fine. However my experience on 12/19/25 was NOT! I planned to use a gift card for this and they said their systems were down & I could not use any gift cards. I was also there to pick up my online order- which I was told “We cannot process online orders at this time either”. I was very kind & understanding to the employee (not her fault). However, now I have learned anyone trying to place an order that day is being gifted a $20 gift card via email for their inconvenience!!! I reached out a couple times to be considered (there’s proof of purchase & my online order that day on my Target Circle). But… I do not qualify?!!! The customers there that day were more inconvenienced than the ones from home!! I am very disappointed with customer services at this time.

Color is not at all like picture. Online it looks icy blue with blue lid. I picked up my order and received a white water bottle with black lid. They should change the picture!!

Awful packaging wheb shipped
The actual Owala water bottle is great. However, Target ships items by throwing them in a box instead of carefully packaging. Items arrived damaged (it's not the first time). Unfortunately, don't live close to Target so I was unable to exchange AND returning it through shipping was a hassle. Target has been the only store to receive items like this.

The best water bottle around
I love Owala water bottles. They keep the water cold for more than all day long. The colors are so beautiful The first water bottle I ordered arrived damaged. The bottom was cracked and chipped. However. I contacted customer service it was replaced and arrived in the mail within days. . The customer service at Target is excellent. The water bottle is beautiful and will be given to my granddaughter as a gift

I am not sure if they sent an incorrect Owala, but tge color looks nothing like online. I order one that looked like it was light purple and I got one that is an off white. The only thing purple was part of the top. This is part of a gift for a teen girl. I am going to return the item. I am not rating quality or value. My dissatisfaction is purely with the look of the item
