Overall it is a beautiful water bottle but it was missing a piece inside the lid . The grey piece was missing and the water bottle continued to spill everywhere ! Hopefully target will let me exchange it . Be very careful when purchasing from target and make sure all pieces are in there . Hopefully my next one comes complete .

Missing the inner straw
This is my tenth Owala I’ve bought for myself, friends, and family and this one came without a straw. Disappointing I will have to return or figure out how to get a straw from Owala. Otherwise, the bottle is fabulous. Would be 5 stars.

OMG the straw
So yes, the bottle is cute and keeps things cold, but THE STRAW. All other water bottles I've had comprise some gasket that keeps the straw in place, not this one. So you'll go to take a drink and... nothin. Because the straw has detached and you need to reinsert it. AGAIN. It's VERY annoying. Also, you HAVE to make sure the lid is closed, because if not, because of the open sip lid, it's leaking everywhere.

Best, most durable, leak proof bottle for icy cold drinks all day long!
We have tried every brand on the market and they either leaked, didn’t keep the drinks cold long enough or if dropped would have major damage. Owalla is worth every cent. It’s the most durable, well made, leak proof, bottle that keeps drinks icy cold all day long even in 100° temps. My daughter must drink large amounts of fluids all day or she faints. This bottle is the first that she truly loves. Drinks stay icy cold, she’s dropped it quite a few times and you can barely see a mark, it never leaks and it fits well in her backpack water bottle holder side pocket. She has the 40oz but wanted something slightly smaller and with a handle, but not on the side of the bottle, so she can hold it while walking on her college campus. From now on will ONLY buy Owalla. Just ordered one for my son too! Highly recommend this brand and this style for easy carrying.

Love the bigger bottle
I have had my smaller Owalas for at least 5 years, since before they were cool and nobody even heard of Owala! They are still kicking but I wanted a larger capacity bottle.
