Description

ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, the company that sets the standard for exceptional cutlery worldwide. The ZWILLING Pro Paring Knife is a small knife with a strong blade and center tip.     Perfection

    Pro series paring knives

    I use my 4” paring knife several times a week and after a years use ( I gave it time to get used to it) I decided to give it a review. While the handle fits my large hands fairly well I still don’t like the width of the blade. I use the knife several times a week and sometimes several times a day and for fine paring work the wide blade makes what should be an easy task working on fruits and vegetables unnecessarily difficult.

    Solid Germany Quality

    Gave 5-stars in a large part because the knife is still made in Germany. I returned a similar Henckel knife, because the manufacturing had been outsourced to another country. This is a quality tool that I greatly enjoy using.

    You will use it all the time

    Came razor sharp and in great shape. A fantastic utility kitchen knife. You can debone a chicken or French a rack of lamb in no time. Clean, precise cuts and comfortable for all day every day use. Great knife.

    Stable Paring Knife

    Wanted a step up from our Cutco paring knife. Was looking for a 3 1/2 inch blade with more blade height, weight and handle in hand stability. This one is fantastic! Haven’t had it long enough to know how well it holds its edge, but my bet is, I’ll be satisfied.
