Worth every penny.

Review between zwilling and wursthof
Thank you love the knife and balance most the thin blade and single bevel from the edge to the spine. I've been buying swilling and wusthof from the 70s, i bought a wusthof too but it had a secondary apex bevel thinner blade which despite thinner didn't cut as well.

Everything promised and more
This knife is amazing. Well packaged. Came on time. Sharp right out of the box. My wife is in love with it. It’s light and nicely balanced. She rolls through dinner prep. I run it across my steel about every four days. We hand wash only.

Nice knife, BUT...
This knife has the blade you would expect from Zwilliing. But, the handle is sadly lacking. It's far to thin to grasp firmly and to hold comfortably. I would not buy it again.

Not very ergonomic compared to other models.
The handle is much too small. It doesn’t seem to fit with the rest of the set. Blade shape and length are each well designed.

Serrated Knife
Have always used ZWILLING. Best knives out there. This one did not disappoint. Very sharp,cuts through tomatoes easily which is what I bought it for
