Zojirushi 20oz Flip-and-Go Stainless Steel Travel Mug SM-QHE60 - Cobalt Blue: Hot & Cold, Portable Drinkware

This is the best mug that I have ever owned. It is exactly as advertised. I put very hot tea in the mug and then forgot all about it. I came back the next day and the tea was still comfortably, more than 24 hours later.

I have two of these mugs. One set a new record. Last June I filled it with ice and topped it off with water about 5:00 Sunday night and went camping, It is cold in June in Montana. I left it outside in the shade for nearly three days, drinking the water and not adding any. There was still ice Thursday morning at 8am! 3 days and 15 hours. I also carry hot water for tea, keeping it in my sleeping bag in the winter. The next morning it's usually almost too hot to drink.

I read reviews and recommendations and decided it was finally time to invest in a deluxe thermal mug. The Flip-and-Go Mug is a beautifully crafted item with perfect finishes, and it keeps liquids hot or cold just as promised. Comes apart allowing every nook and cranny to be thoroughly cleaned. My disappointments began with the color being very ‘rose pink’ not ‘hibiscus red’ (I’m getting over it). After finding out the expense to return it, I kept it. Upon using it, I found my nose hits the lid gasket when drinking. Worse still, when drinking hot coffee (my entire reason for buying it) is a dangerous proposition. The mouthpiece doesn’t allow safe modulation of the flow of coffee, like sipping out of a mug. The piping hot liquid shoots straight out of the port. Using your upper lip to sip or slow the flow doesn’t work. Even for drinking water, it is NOT a fun mug to drink from, the mouthpiece is just too awkward. I would recommend their products because of the craftsmanship, just not this particular one because of shortcomings of the design.

Would really like to have a flip and go attachment for my older Zojirushi mugs

I liked it very well until I dropped it (less than four feet onto a hard floor) and watch the lid smash into many pieces. As long as you don't break it like I did, it'll keep your beverage cold or hot--which Zojirushi does really, really well. Am really disappointed they didn't try to make it a little more durable.

Excellent thermos for both hot and cold beverage. It keeps the liquid cold or hot for a very long time. The lid is easy to use and leak free.

These are the best insulated mugs on the market. I love the flip and go handles and the locking caps -- NO SPILLS EVER!

Kept my sport drink cold through my round. Perfectly fit my needs. I bought this because of the handle, which was the one thing needed for my original Zojirushi, which I’ve had and used for over 10 years. Best part of this container is its light weight, so much better than other brands out there. Read other reviews that said the cap hit their nose when drinking, this is not an issue for me. Love the purple color with a bit of sheen to it, very pretty. Hope this one last as long as my last two. Highly recommend.

This is my favorite insulated bottle. I have all sorts, but this one is my favorite. So I ordered a second one! It fits well into my hands, is easy to carry when my hands are full. I can use it for both hot and cold. If I use ice, there will still be ice 12 hours later. And it's truly water tight. I've dropped it, had it tip over, and it never leaks.

Holds more than expected, maintains temperature, rugged, easy to use, convenient shape, and striking design.

We've purchased several over the years, replacing them when they get beat up. Love the locking top - doesn't leak in my bag.

Pros: keeps hot liquids hot or cold liquids cold, easy to clean, seals tight, soft color Cons: opening is very small for the 16oz. It will barely fit a medium spoon. I put cocoa in my coffee and it's difficult to get the entire spoonful into that narrow opening. Also the flip handle can't come off. I was hoping to take it off, I didn't want one but it is secured on. For the small size, the handle isn't necessary for me. Next time I'll buy the 20oz.

Just a perfect insulated mug. Unlike others I’ve tried it keeps my tea piping hot even overnight. I love the stainless steel interior. It’s easy to take apart for cleaning and the teal color is gorgeous. I love the finish too. Handle is a useful bonus that tucks back out of the way. I love Zojirushi products for their quality. I also have the rice cooker and the hot pot. I bought this to replace another Zojirushi mug so I would have 2.

This is my second mug - Literally keeps my coffee hot ALL DAY LONG. Absolutely love it. (I have Zojirushi's bread maker, rice maker as well. Cannot say enough wonderful things about them!

Very pretty color, not heavy, contains plenty, little handle helpful which my smaller version does not have.

Two years ago I purchased a Stainless Mug SM-SR60 (20 oz) for coffee. I was amazed how well it kept the coffee hot - at least ten hours. Now I was in the market for another stainless mug to hold water for my gym workouts. Again I turned to Zojirushi, and after browsing the selection, settled on the SM-QHE48 (16 oz). I've not been disappointed. The style, flip-handle, and easy-open lid make it a breeze to use. We even purchased a Zojirushi rice cooker when we needed a new one. They are all great quality, provide ease of use, and look very stylish!
