Good so far
I've only just got it and you really can't tell how something will perform until you've used it for a while. However, first impressions are good. It's slimline but holds a good amount. The lid opening mechanism is easy to use and works smoothly. Drinking from it is a good experience. I haven't really tested its thermal capabilities. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Perfect for keeping drinks hot all day
Keeps coffee hot for atleast 6 hours. Even after that its still warm for another 2-4 hours. I bought this for my husband who loves to sip throughout the day and its perfect! He loves it.

Small mug is perfectly wonderful!
I bought the 12 oz champagne/gold mug and it is perfect. Sometimes, I want to take a smaller bottle with me and this works perfectly. They all have the same circumference even though it doesn't always look like they're the same.

Not great
This travel mug does not keep my coffee very hot. I bought the 12 oz and even with pre warming the mug, my coffee is just warm when I drink it a couple of hours later. I have another brand that performs better.

Latch touches my chin when drinking
I have had the non-stick version of this for years and loved it. I "upgraded" to this one to reduce my exposure to the non-stick chemicals. I like it. Unfortunately the front latch hits my chin in an uncomfortable way when I take a sip. It's an annoying design flaw. I wish I had know this before spending so much money on this mug.

My Coffee Mug for Life
This is my second Zojirushi mug. My first has been used every day for the past 12 years and is still in great shape. It keeps coffee warm whether you drink it at 9 AM, at 2 PM, or the following day. The thermos holds up well- I've carried it in backpacks and purses (including dropping it more than a few times) and the vacuum seal is nice and tight even after a lot of use (no leaks!). I highly recommend this product if you want a mug for life!

The Perfect Water bottle
I don't usually write product reviews but this mug is worthy of acclaim because..well.. it works so well. It never leaks, it's the right size for taking with me wherever I go, it comes apart for cleaning, the lid is design to flip off so you can get a clean drink ie the part that touches your lips is not exposed. AND you can buy replacement parts. I've used this bottle for many years and then I lost it, tragedy! So I had to replace it. It's worth the cost so hang on to it. It's the one and only water bottle for me.

Great product but for the drips down my front
I was given this mug (SM-KHE48-PT) at the end of May 2024. I've used it only for cold beverages, and it's been great at keeping them good and cold for a long time. I dropped down to giving it 3 stars because after a little while it drips when I sip from it. Not thrilled with wearing coffee stains on my shirt for the rest of the day!
