Q: I always end up having a burnt rice and the rice gets bad right away. Does this rice cooker burnt rice and how long does the freshness last?

  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. The NS-RPC18 is able to keep rice fresh for 8 hours. Please rinse the rice well before cooking to remove the excess starch.     Rice cooker

    I have a 5 cup, same brand rice cooker at home and it works perfectly so I thought I would buy this 10 cup rice cooker and it would work the same. Unfortunately, the rice cooker does not cook rice thoroughly and the top and middle of the pot is still half cooked or uncooked rice grains. I wonder if through the shipping and delivery process that it was damaged by being thrown and tossed carelessly causing it to not warm and cook rice evenly although there was no physical damage to the product that we could see.

    Best rice cooker
