not as soft as i expected but has helped me sleep better

It hasn't fully expanded, not comfortable at all.

I’ve been back and forth about this mattress since I got it two months ago. I’m not a memory foam novice—I’ve been sleeping on these types of mattresses for years. Most recently, I was sleeping on a hybrid mattress, which in about two years, became so soft that I was waking up with a sore back every morning. I decided it was time for a new mattress and did a significant amount of research before purchasing the Zinus. While I do prefer a softer mattress, I need the support of something a little firmer due to a back injury. So I got the Pressure Relief mattress in medium. It was much firmed than I expected at first, but it seems to be softening up. I don’t have back pain in the morning so it’s doing what it should do. I have noticed that it has very little edge support—the side I sleep on is already sloping down. I don’t sit on the side of the bed so this isn’t a huge deal, it just looks weird. Though I am concerned about the mattress’s longevity if this is an issue two months in. Ultimately, for the money, this is a good mattress. Note, when the company says that there are shipping delays, it’s 100% true. It took nearly a month to receive the mattress, which was a bit of a bummer.

This mattress is extremely comfortable. I wanted a very plush mattress and this one is perfect. It was easy to move and open up. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a soft mattress.

Only thing about buying any furniture online is that you don’t get to test it out first in a traditional way. I am curious to try other mattresses out from Zinus. This is the second mattress I have purchased. I have one in twin and one in full. I love it in a twin but it is ok in full. I may need to break it in more.

It is a nice matress, it was my second one, the first one was little to hard. I got another that was to be softer. Still was not as soft as i thought.

I love this mattress. I have fibromyalgia and this is the only mattress I have found that is supportive and a little plush without me sinking into it, like I do pillow tops. I also just had a hip replacement and this was the perfect mattress after surgery.

This was exactly what we were looking for in a mattress! My husband prefers a more solid feel and I have always slept on a softer one. This was the perfect mix of the two. We have never slept better!!

I lile my mattress, but it's not the most comfortable one I've ever had. (This may be because I ordered a semi-firm and I'm not used to it.) I am beyond happy with the price though, and it got shipped in a really quick amount of time.
