Great value for the price. Similar to pricier brands. Arrived slightly dented but prodct was undamaged. Expanded fully in 48-72 hours. Medium firmness, comfortable after two nights. No odor.

Really comfortable and kinda has a cooling effect. It takes a few days to fully inflate so if you do sleep on it before than I suggest switching sides to kinda level it out

Not 10 inches!!
The bed was left to expand for 48 + hours. It only expanded to 7 inches. It is hard as others have noted here. At least I can’t feel the slats of the bed frame. I did sleep well except the outter edges of the bed are lower than the center so I found myself feeling like I’d roll off when near the edge. Disappointed as I wanted to be able to sink into the bed a bit more. I did not contact Zinus as if anything I’d have to mail the mattress back and how the heck am I going to roll it up and get it to fit in a box? I’m stuck with it and they know that.

Disappointed
I was so excited to receive this mattress based on my sister and my mom liking theirs so much. Although I got a different style than them, I’m kind of disappointed. The bed sinks too much during the night, I can’t get comfortable and do not sleep well at all. Thankfully it was not a pricey mattress.

Not impressed!
We ordered an 8 inch mattress. It didn't expand to even 6 inches. We have a 3 inch memory foam topper on it and it's still pretty hard. Disappointed in the quality for the price we paid. It shipped pretty fast though!

Soft yet firm
Love our new Cloud Memory foam bed. The only problem is the bed purchased was a 12 inch, but mattress only inflated to 10 inches. With my back and hip pain, this bed has made it better for me to get more consistent sleep.

It never fully expanded to the 10 inches, more like 8. I ordered it for it supposedly being extremely plush, it’s not. I’m going to need to buy a mattress topper

Firmness
Very hard and uncomfortable .. very hard for a Senior citizen person to get in and out of.. much too firm.. made me hurt more..

Definitely a WIN!
We bought this mattress for our spare room Murphy bed. We wanted something soft for guests but it had to be heavy enough to keep the bed from flying up. This mattress is perfect! Our guests love it and I even don’t mind sleeping in there when my husband snores! It’s a WIN all the way around!
