Helpful but Uncomfortable
Support is great, and they stay in place quite well! Uncomfortable between the toes tho. Alleviates metatarsal pain but causes great discomfort between the big toe and can't wear them for more than a couple hours. I find they are well suited for wearing around the house rather than for work or going out.

Not wide feet, cut off circulation in 30 minutes
I likely would have purchased a large had that size been offered/available since I prefer all my clothing big/baggy. I am female, 6 ft, size 12 with LONG feet (size 11). I don't know why I suddenly developed pain in my foot, perhaps painting on scaffolding barefoot for days at 51 years old (dumb)? So, I feel like I have a rock in the ball of my foot, right below my second toe area. Reviews indicated this might provide relief. OMGoodness....no. After less than 30 minutes, the circulation was being cut off in my toes. Seems like I am an oddball here, but please be sure to check if you have circulation issues, diabetes, anything that cutting off your circulation might be especially harmful. Had deep imprints on my toes.

Size M for 7.5 shoes size
Got this to relieve some minor pain in the ball of my foot. Does help. Isn’t super padded but padded enough to notice a difference. Can be easily worn under socks and shoes w/o much interference. I wear women’s shoes Sz 7.5 and Sz M fits fine. Took 1 star off since toe opening area feels a bit snug and stiff; would have liked it if it was a bit more flexible with some give. Overall, good purchase.

Overall my experience has been positive. I have never worn flip flops so I have never had anything between my big toe and the next one. So placed a bit of cotton between the toes because it was so tight and that helped. I really like how the pad stays in the right place and is working well. I am now comfortable wearing them most of the day. I'm glad I purchased them.

Great product. My doctor has instructed me not to walk barefoot while my sesamoid bones heal. I've worn these at airports to get through TSA, as even that small amount of walking without shoes could re-injure my feet. I also wear them to jiu jitsu practice and they generally stay in place for that. I wish the pads were slightly bigger for more coverage but otherwise they are excellent.

Very Helpful
The sleeves did provide relief. However, when I went on long walks, the sleeves cut into the space between my toes. I am not sure how to prevent that. Otherwise - nice job! I have tried other things and these are the most helpful.

Didn't work for me
Unfortunately, these did not work for me. They made the bottom foot pain worse and hurt in between my big toe/next toe. It was worth a try.

The item is well made, but very uncomfortable on my foot. I'm sure that for some people it is fine, but not so for me. The area between my big toe and the next toe was pinched and I had to take it off.

These little things are game changers
I was going to dramatic lengths to stop the pain in the ball of my foot: icing my foot daily, monitoring how much time I spent standing, literally taking baths instead of showering to save me 10 minutes of standing time… it was wild. Then I discovered these little guys and figured why not. I have a couple of pairs so I’ll always have one to wear, but after wearing them long enough, the pain is all but gone. I don’t need them for everyday pain, but will still wear them if I know I’ll be standing for a while. I can’t risk going back there again…
