Cute but terrible
Undeniably cute design , but functionality is terrible. Every single straw I bought from this line is cracked and will not stay sealed on the underside of lid. This has caused my children to be extremely frustrated, suck in air instead of water and caused me to put straw back in place multiple times a day. Zak does not warranty their straws - you have to purchase straws again…. The same straws that are already causing me trouble. 100% co not recommend.

Cup itself is fine but design came off after 2-3 hand washes and regular handling on warm days at Disney. Strange because we have a Bluey Zak cup the same style purchased in 2023 and the design is still going strong even with dishwasher use. Not sure what they changed from that year to now but whatever it is was an awful choice. Disappointed because this cup isn’t cheap.

Design removed
Design on the water bottle has completely erased. I have washed the water bottle about 3 times in 3 weeks and the whole design is gone. I loved the water bottle so much for my toddler who loves to drink water but unfortunately a waste of money.

It’s super cute and durable for my 2year old. I did have to exchange it because it was missing a straw. Other than that I love it. It keeps her water cold.
