If you have a weak stomach I am not sure if you will be able to handle this product unless taken a different way, maybe mix with something (they encourage water or juice). The box was in a bubble envelope that was also in a bubble envelope and the smell was very strong. Once I got to the bottle I found that it was completely sealed and not broke. I did not want to just jump in and take 30 drops 3 times a day so I was going to ease into it with 10 drops at bedtime then 10 a few more times so my body could adjust. I added the drops to some Dr Pepper and drank a lot of water afterwards. The smell and taste were bad enough that I decided while laying in bed that night that the 10 drops was all I cared to try. Maybe it would work, maybe it wouldn't, but the smell and taste is to much for me.
