When using the provided squeegee the edge cracked during installation. A waste of money.

I dropped my phone several times and finally decided the cover was beat up enough I better get a new one. Who knew if my screen was cracked also or not. They peeled the old one off and the screen was in perfect shape. If I had not had a Zagg cover I would of had to buy a new phone long ago.

I followed instructions to the T, had airbubbles like crazy. Worked hard on trying to remove, no luck. Then when i tried to lift it gently and try again the glass cracked.

Dont seal good . Have bubbling on half of it . Just not on my phone but all of them we have . Dont waste your money .

When you put on the projection screen, following the instructions does not mean that the class won't break. You're supposed to smooth out the sides and when I did so it started cracking around the edges. There are no warnings or anything. I was careful and yet it still cracked. Very disappointing that I waited nearly a month or so to get this replacement and the moment that I put it on, I end up with several cracks around the sides.

Great protection for phone, I like this brand plus I like the replacement added bonus.

I gave this item a 4 because I have tried to remove a long air bubble out of the side of the screen and it's there to stay. Did everything I was supposed to. But otherwise I love this product.

I love my screen protector. It keeps my phone safe at all times.

The instructions are not clear and I did not get the protector set up at the top far enough and the screen cracked at the bottom when I put it on.

It protects the screen really well. Would be five stars if it didn't shatter or crack so easily. It cracked in three places when applying with squeege that was supplied. Still great for protecting screens

Put screen on could not get air bubbles out and when i typed on phone it chipped glass because of the air i had to push hard

I love the durability and performance of the screen protector I purchased; and at 1/5 of what would typically be the retail price, this made this purchase all the better.

The shield was a warranty replacement. It was different then the old one. The had adhesive on the entire shield and could not get it installed without bubbles. The old one only had adhesive on edges

This Glass protector has saved my Note 9 Gorilla screen glass on 3 different occasion! I highly recommend getting it.

Part of the top of the screen protector cracked when I was smoothing out the air bubbles upon installation. Isn't so noticable, but shows how weak the glass is.

I love the slickness of the glass protective cover a lot more than the previous one. I do have 2 small cracks but they do not interfere with the use of the phone in any way and replacement isn't necessary at this point. I would replace with the glass curve again.

I have always used zagg for my mobile devices but this time around was bad. The screen protector cracked across the top just by what I'm guessing is pressure in my pocket? But there isn't that much pressure. Then went to get a replacement and have to pay almost as much as I originally payed. Can not recommend at this time:/
